An item is shown as pre-order, what does that mean?

If a product is marked as pre-order, it means that the product is currently in production. It will leave our warehouse on the specified date (for example: Pre-order 11/25 means your order will ship on November 25th).

How quickly can customer service respond to my inquiries?

During busy times such as Black Month, our customer service team responds within 3 to 4 business days . We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. But as you probably know, Black Month is a very busy time. Our teams do their best to offer you high quality products at the best price while providing first class service.

Make sure you include as much information as possible in your first message. This helps our team identify your concerns more quickly: first and last name AND order number.

They will do their best to respond quickly, but if it takes a little longer, don't worry, we respond to every request, no exceptions!

I made a mistake in my order, can I change it?

Once your order has been processed , we cannot make any changes, be it to add/change an item, change delivery or change your shipping address. In the worst case scenario, you can exchange or return items.

If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible . We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order, but we will do our best.

Can I cancel my order?

I found a better discount code, can I ask customer service to apply it even though I have already placed an order with a different one?

Black Friday is full of surprises! We are all looking for the best deal. Unfortunately, we cannot change the discount code or discount amount after your order has been paid for.


How long does my delivery take?

Depending on your location, delivery takes between 8 and 18 business days. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders, the Black Month and holiday season is a stressful time for shipping services and fulfillment centers. Last year, only a few orders were affected by delayed delivery - at Gotyu it is particularly important to us to communicate transparently with you and to inform you about all updates.

Some items are missing from my order

Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Don't worry, a member of our customer service team will let you know via email if this is the case. Otherwise, you can reach us via email at .

I placed several orders but only one arrived

Ideally, we try to ship orders in the order they are received. However, this is not always possible due to logistics in our warehouses.

So don't worry if your orders don't arrive chronologically, and rest assured that tracking links for each of your orders will be sent to your email address so you know where they are.


What payment methods are available during Black Month?

PayPal, Klarna and debit card are available as usual. You can pay in 3 installments with PayPal or pay later with Klarna.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange items purchased during Black Month?

Yes! Once you receive an item, you have up to 30 days to exchange it.

You have up to 30 days to return it to our warehouse in Germany at your own expense. You can only return undamaged and unworn items. To request an exchange, email us at . We also need your order number, full name and the email address you used to place your order.

For a smooth exchange, we recommend sending us the tracking number of your shipment. This way we can track your return ourselves :)

What if I want to return items purchased during Black Month?

To be eligible for a refund, all customers who placed an order between November 6th and November 30th must contact our customer service at and return the package to the address provided by customer service at their own expense within send back within 14 days . You can only return undamaged and unworn items.
