• Fill the hot water bottle with hot, not boiling, water.

• Place the hot water bottle in the inside pocket of the belt.

• Relax and enjoy the long-lasting warmth! The belt ensures that the warmth lasts longer.

• When touching the hot water bottle, DO NOT use BOILING WATER and fill it no more than two-thirds full.

• Hot water bottles can cause burns. For prolonged skin contact, always use the cover to avoid burns.

• Remove the hot water bottle immediately if you feel a burning sensation.

• Do not fill the hot water bottle with water from the home's hot water system as this can significantly shorten the life of the hot water bottle.

• Do not overfill the hot water bottle, otherwise it could burst.

• The hot water bottle must not be used as a pillow or to sit on.
