• Wash your Gotyu at 30°C before first use.
• You can wear your period underwear for up to 12 hours at a time.
• We recommend that you test your Gotyu underwear at home for the first time.
• Even if you have heavy bleeding, you can wear your Gotyu period underwear as a replacement for tampons or cups - but they are also ideal as extra protection!

• After each use, hand rinse the period underwear with cold water until the water runs clear.
• You can then wash them in the washing machine at 30-40°C together with your other items of clothing. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• Then hang your Gotyu underwear to dry. Make sure not to dry them on the radiator and that the environment is not too humid.
• Attention: Your Gotyu period underwear does not tolerate heat, so you should not iron it, put it in the dryer or wash it above 40°.

The body-hugging layer is made of 45% nylon, 55% elastane.
The membrane (body-near layer): 95% OEKO-TEX cotton and 5% spandex.
The membrane (middle layer): 80% polyester and 20% nylon.
